ABOUT
SENIOR PASTOR
Tim Robinson
A native of Dallas, Texas, Pastor Tim Robinson has devoted over 20 years to ministry, bringing a passion for teaching, leadership, and community transformation. In January 2022, he became the Pastor of House of Prayer and Praise Church (THE HOUSE), where he continues to lead with wisdom, humility, and a heart for God’s people. He is currently pursuing pastoral leadership studies at Foster College.
Pastor Robinson is known for his friendly candor and servant’s heart. He is deeply rooted in the Word of God, shaped by the mentorship of esteemed leaders such as Pastor Allen G. Madison II, Willie Wilson, Rev. Dr. Frederick D. Haynes III, and the late Deacon Arthur Turner.
He acknowledged his call to preach in 2003 and pursued theological training at Dallas Theological Seminary Lay Institute, Criswell College, and Southern Bible Institute. His ministry journey has included roles in teaching, evangelism, marriage and men’s ministry, prison outreach, church planting, and leadership development.
Pastor Robinson is married to Rev. Monica Robinson, and together they are the proud parents of three gifted adult children: Rashad, Cherish, and Darius. His life and ministry are firmly grounded in 2 Timothy 2:15—committed to studying and rightly dividing the Word of truth.

THE HOUSE is a vibrant, Christ-centered church focused on building both church and community through prayer, praise, people, and the power of God's Word. Our mission is to communicate with God, connect with people, and cultivate lasting change in our world through Christ, creativity, and common decency. Whether you're new to faith or looking for a place to grow, The House is a welcoming community where you can experience God, build meaningful relationships, and make a difference.
